Wolkiss 2000
Due to their chemical nature, Wolkiss 2000 yarns are dyeable with basic dyestuff at temperatures over 98°C obtaining bright colours and high colour fastness, or with disperse dyestuff at temperatures up to 130°C.
These characteristics make it particularly suitable for:
- making fabrics with elastomer which will not suffer from thermal degradation
- dyeing in blends with wool or other delicate fibres
- saving energy
- dyeing at boiling temperature, in open bath
- garment dyeing process
- hank dyeing process
- colour fatsness that is compatible with swimwear applications
- dyeing in blends with polyester to obtain mélange effects in varying shades
Wolkiss 2000 yarns are used in all textiles areas, sportswear, swimwear, underwear, classical wear, knitwear also furnishing and seamless too.
The list of products includes drawn yarns, controlled shrinkage drawn yarns, texturized, crèpe, polyester-mixed, rayon or other fibre mixed yarns, in a wide range of counts from 22 to 2000 dtex, including micro-fibres and hollow section yarns. These are available on beams for weaving and warp knitwear.
