Mirhon LAB
Filature Miroglio has produced a range of dope-dyed items particularly suitable to realize woven labels. This family products is called Mirhon LAB.
Spinning, drawing and twisting are all dome in house using top quality polymers and masters in order to guarantee the continuity of quality. Besides the continuity of colours grade, these advantages are:
- particularly low oil percentage (under 0,6%) to avoid interactions with weft colours and undesired migrations of colours
- accurate thermal stabilization process which grants a shrinkage lower than 1,7% in order to avoid fabric transformation during hot treatment of finishing or cutting
- calibrated supports with maximum deviation +/- 1,5% to avoid waste in weaving
Optical white yarns are produced with two qualities:
- extra bright trilobal
- extra dull round
Both items enable you to weave extremely bright satin as well as fabrics with natural look to copy bleached mercerized cotton.
Black yarns thanks to the “master” quality, are especially “full” in colour and are produced in bright base, both with round as well as trilobal sections.
Mirhon LAB is available in the standard counts Dtex 50/18 800 tpm, Dtex 78/36 600 tpm and Dtex 100/36 600 tpm.
